Non Negotiables with the fabulous kim brown

Today is the brilliant make-up artist, Kim Brown. Kim is a fountain of  knowledge when it comes to all things beauty and make up so we are so excited to have her answer her non negotiables this week for the newsletter.

1. If someone could only afford/had time for one treatment what would you recommend?

Sarah Bradden’s facial. So amazing. 

Described as a ‘spiritual reset and facelift’, The Bradden Method has been designed to treat physical and emotional symptoms, improving overall mental wellbeing and appearance. She uses Acupuncture alongside reflexology and light treatment. Face is visibly lifted and you feel like you’ve had a health overhaul. 

2. A beauty trend you really rate/ a beauty trend you don't think is worth the hype

 I absolutely love facial Acupuncture but also think micro currant technology really works. I bang on about Nu Face to whoever will listen, but it really works to firm and tone. 

I feel like the whole fat freezing trend is a bit of a con. I know a few people that have tried it and it’s never worked. 

3. Desert island product?

My Meder beauty sheet masks. Can’t beat them for hydration. 

4. What does self care look like for you?

I think it’s important to treat yourself now and again to a great massage of a facial. It’s such a boost. Otherwise create your own spa at home with your favourite products. If you can’t look after yourself you can’t be your best for others. 

5. What are you non negotiables in your morning routine? 

A really good cleansing balm. I love the Elemis rose one. It leaves your skin feeling clean, but still full of moisture.
