What time do you usually start and end your day?
I usually start my day at 6:55 and end my day at 11pm.
If you mean in terms of working hours, I start pretty early, I usually wake up with an idea to start working at 7:30am and finish at 7pm.
What’s one thing you always carry in your bag?
Sifali Gul rose mist, so good for hydration and skin protection when out in this busy polluted city! Love it though.
When life is really busy, how do you carve out space to maintain peace?
Routine keeps me grounded, recently I’ll wake up earlier in the AM to practise honey flow yoga and pranayama breathwork. It reminds me to keep myself as priority and focus inward to begin the day.
How do you take your coffee and how many a day?
No coffee for me! I have an addictive personality, so I’ve avoided it because of that, haha! But I drink two herbal teas a day, one chamomile and one burdock root. Great for digestion and skin glow.
Current favourite podcast/album?
Favourite album is always The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.
Are you most productive in the mornings or evening?
Morning I think, more energy & focus!
Desert island beauty product?
Biased? Ha! Sifali Nem watermelon serum, it’s a facial in a bottle literally.
Top 3 apps?
Tumblr for creativity, Co star for daily sassy updates & Moody for mood/energy tracking around my cycle.
What does wellness look like to you?
Being able to sit in silence and enjoy it, when I can meditate peacefully I know I have my balance on lock.
