3 things you always have in the fridge 

- Kefir—I mix with Indi Body every morning, there’s no better way to start the day. 

- Seasonal fruit & veg—I’m a big advocate for eating seasonally. It’s more nutritious, flavoursome, environmentally-friendly and cheaper too. 

- Honest Toil Olive Oil—admittedly not in the fridge, but a cold-pressed, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is an absolute essential in our kitchen for it’s incredible health benefits, and delicious taste. 


When life is really busy, how do you carve space to maintain peace? 

I’m going to have to credit my husband here.  He’s my Indi co-founder, an amazing father to our 3 year old and the most supportive partner.  Together we’re still learning how to balance our business with family life, and I can’t say there’s much peace, but we’re enjoying the ride—most days!  

I should also call out our vivacious cockapoo, Alba, who manages to simultaneously add to and ease the madness. A walk with her in our local Richmond Park is the best way to find headspace.  To anyone thinking about getting a dog: do it. 

How do you take your coffee and how many a day?

I don’t drink coffee, I’ve never liked the taste. I get my mid-afternoon caffeine hit from Indi Mind mixed with coconut milk to fuel a productive afternoon, plus t’s delicious and satisfies my sweet tooth! 

What is your ultimate indulgence that makes you more productive? 

Sleep!  We’ve recently started eating dinner earlier at 6.30pm—it’s been a game-changer in helping us get to bed earlier. Lack of sleep or poor sleep has a big impact on my productivity and mood, so I do everything I can to protect it!

What does wellness look like to you?

Waking up feeling energised and content, which is usually down to eating the right foods, taking the right supplements, moving everyday and going to bed on time!
